This longitudinal cutting machine is used for longitudinal cutting of metal strip materials and rewinding the cut narrow strips into rolls. This machine has the characteristics of easy operation, high cutting quality, high material utilization rate, and stepless speed regulation for cutting.

2、 Remarks

The unwinding spindle has a diameter of 75mm, and the unwinding drum can move axially to ensure that the strip material does not experience significant deviation when entering the shearing guide table, playing a corrective role. To achieve passive unwinding with damping, the magnetic powder brake is tensioned.

The feeding guide table of the shearing machine can be adjusted up and down, left and right, front and back, and the up, down, front and rear adjustments are guided by a linear guide rail, which is convenient for operation and ensures the accuracy of the moving position. The upper blade shaft has a left and right synchronous lifting device, which can be manually adjusted for easy tool alignment.

The winding part adopts a dual axis winding method, and each winding shaft is adjusted by a 100NM magnetic powder clutch to ensure that the tension of the winding is neat and tidy.

The whole machine adopts variable frequency speed control.

Main accuracy after cutting:

Width tolerance of the cut strip: 0-0.02mm

Edge burrs on the cut strip: 0~0.002mm

Side bending of the cut strip: ≤ 1mm/m
