This machine is mainly used for longitudinal cutting of nickel strips, copper strips, aluminum strips, and ordinary metal strips used in the production of mobile phone batteries, and for rewinding the cut narrow strips into coils. 2、 Equipment Description

The roll is set to a diameter of 75mm and can move axially to ensure that the material does not experience significant deviation when entering the shear guide table, playing a corrective role. Passive unwinding can adjust damping.

The feeding guide platform of the shearing machine can be adjusted up and down, left and right, and front and back, all of which are guided by linear guides for easy operation and ensure the accuracy of the movement position. The upper blade shaft lifting has left and right synchronous lifting devices, which are easy to operate and convenient for tool alignment.

The winding part is adjusted by a linear magnetic powder clutch to regulate the tension of the winding, with constant torque, stable tension, high adjustment accuracy, and good repeatability. Ensure that the strip is wound neatly.

A pair of pressure rollers are installed at the rear of the shearing process to repair the fine burrs on the edges of the shearing material, making the shearing material suitable for making capacitors and inductors.
