Loading trolley (1) It has the function of lifting and horizontal movement, which can easily guide the inner hole of the coil into the expansion and contraction tube of the unwinding machine; (2) Horizontal movement is driven by hydraulic motors, while lifting is driven by hydraulic cylinders; (3) Travel distance: 700mm; (4) Carrying capacity: 8 tons. 2. Auxiliary support (1) Auxiliary support is used to support the unwinding machine drum under load, improving the force on the drum spindle; (2) The support adopts a connecting rod type and is driven by a hydraulic cylinder. 3. Uncoiler machine (1) Type: Cantilever hydraulic expansion and contraction type, with center drive and pressure roller, the drum expansion and contraction is driven by oil cylinder; (2) The uncoiler is equipped with a pneumatic butterfly brake device for emergency parking; (3) Roll specifications: The nominal size of the basic roll is Φ 508mm × 1350mm, with a range of expansion and contraction from Φ 480mm to Φ 520mm. Additionally, a Φ 600mm nylon diameter increasing tile is included; (4) Spindle: Material 40Cr, quenched and tempered treatment; (5) Drive motor: R series reducer directly connected to 15Kw/4P AC variable frequency motor; (6) There is a pressure roller device, and the lifting is driven by an oil cylinder. Material roller (1) To prevent scratches and abrasions of the material at the entrance loop pit; (2) The feeding roller adopts a lightweight roller body wrapped in polyurethane rubber. 5. Loop 1 (1) The loop is used to match the speed difference between the unwinding machine and the disc cutter; (2) Dimensions of the loop pit: length 3000mm, depth 2500mm, width 1600mm; (3) The swing of the material plate is driven by a hydraulic cylinder; (4) The surface of the sheet is equipped with scratch resistant non-metallic plates. 6. Disc cutter (1) The guiding device utilizes vertical rollers or guide plates on both sides to guide the material smoothly into the disc cutter. The vertical rollers or guide plates on both sides are manually adjusted; (2) By exchanging the combined spacer, the width requirements of the cut product can be flexibly changed; (3) Cutter shaft lifting and movable memorial archway movement are both driven by motor and manual, and equipped with limit switch. When moving quickly, electric mode can be used, and manual mode can be used for fine adjustment; (4) The fine adjustment of the upper blade shaft can be accurately observed by installing a dial gauge to measure the cutting amount. Waste edge winding machine (1) Located on both sides of the production line, it is used for centralized winding of edge materials after strip cutting; (2) The waste edge winding machine ensures that all waste edges can be collected when the unwinding machine reaches its maximum raw material roll; (3) The magnetic powder clutch can be used to adjust the winding tension according to different materials; (4) Drive power: AC motor: 3Kw/4p (2 units). 8. Loop 2 (1) The loop is used to match the speed of the rolling cutter and the rewinder, and to buffer the length difference of various strip materials after cutting. (2) Dimensions of the loop pit: length 3000mm, depth 6000mm, width 1800mm (3) The swing of the material plate is driven by a hydraulic cylinder. (4) The surface of the sheet is equipped with scratch resistant non-metallic plates. 9. Tension platform The tension machine consists of two sets of fixed feeders, anti bounce rollers, tension pressure plates, reversing rollers, and material receiving plates; (1) The front-end two feeders separate the strip material entering the tension table in advance to avoid overlap; (2) The material pressing device prevents the material from jumping out of the separation plate during operation; (3) The tensioning device consists of a set of hydraulic pressure plate tensioning devices, and the pressure can be accurately adjusted through a separate pressure regulating valve. The hydraulic cylinder specification is Φ 80 × 200mm (2 units); (4) The tension table reversing roller is a polyurethane coated rubber roller with a diameter of Φ 300mm; (5) Due to the large number of slitting strips, the width of the tension table channel is designed to be 1500mm. 10. Coiling machine (1) The coiler separates the longitudinally cut strip material and harvests the strip coil; (2) The coiler consists of a driving power, a toothed chain pair, a drum, a rotating oil cylinder, a distributor, and a base; (3) The Φ 200mm drum is driven by a hydraulic cylinder for radial expansion and contraction, without a clamping mechanism, and can carry a maximum tonnage of 4 tons; (4) The maximum outer diameter of the reel is Φ 800mm, and the length of the reel is about 1500mm; (5) The hydraulic rotary arm type tape separator can automatically rise with the increase of the material roll; (6) Spindle: Material 40Cr, quenched and tempered treatment; (7) Drive power: R series reducer directly connected to 37Kw/4P AC variable frequency motor. 11.
