1、 Equipment usage

This device is designed to precisely eliminate burrs on the edges of the divided strip material. This equipment mainly consists of storage platform, feeding trolley, uncoiler, pinch guide roller, 7-roll straightener, stable pressure roller mechanism, V-wheel trimming device, stable pressure roller mechanism, transverse shear machine, tension platform, reversing roller, coiler, unloading trolley, cross unloader and other devices.

This equipment is a turnkey project from the supplier. The contract equipment provided by the supplier includes all necessary equipment components, and is a complete and brand new production equipment capable of normal and stable production.

The production process is as follows:

Hanging the roll material onto the storage platform → loading trolley → unwinding machine → centering → clamping guide roller → 7-roll straightening machine → stabilizing pressure roller mechanism → V-wheel trimming device → stabilizing pressure roller mechanism → transverse shear machine → tension table → reversing roller → winding machine → unloading trolley → cross storage arm

Unit installation level and characteristics:

1. This electrical control system consists of a cantilever operating box and operating points, and adopts AC variable frequency control.
