The position of the baffle on both sides of the guide platform is adjusted to guide the material into the disc cutting edge. The longitudinal cutting machine is started with the jog button to make the material roll cut through the cutting edge, and the longitudinally cut edge wire is wrapped around the edge material coiler. The narrow strip after slitting is manually pulled through the receiving platform, the tension platform inlet feeder, the tension pressure plate, and the reversing roller. Then, the material is manually glued to the receiving ring of the winding machine drum with tape, and the winding drum tension screw is rotated to make the winding drum tight. Press down the tension pressure plate, start the coiler to tighten the strip, lower the movable feeder of the coiler, start the longitudinal cutter to allow the strip to naturally fall into the loop pit to store a certain amount of strip, and check all equipment again, After ensuring safety, the machine can be switched to the linked state. At this time, the operator needs to closely monitor the operation of each equipment. When the raw material roll is almost finished, the operating speed should be reduced to slowly stop each individual machine. After it is completely stopped, the movable feeder should be pressed down to press the winding belt, and the material head should be manually adhered. The manual rotation of the drum expansion and contraction screw should make the drum shrink. The overhead crane should transport the material roll out of the drum station and enter the subsequent process section. |
