2、 Unit Process Description:

The raw material roll is lifted by the workshop crane to the upper material trolley V On the type seat, start the trolley to send the material to the active unwinding machine drum, start the unwinding expansion and contraction oil cylinder to tighten the drum, start the unwinding motor, and manually assist in guiding the strip material through the front loop pit material receiving plate to the guide platform. Adjust the position of the baffle on both sides of the guide platform to guide the strip material into the disc blade, start the longitudinal cutting machine jog button to make the strip material roll through the blade edge, and wrap the longitudinally cut edge wire around the edge material coiler. The narrow strip after slitting is sequentially led through the longitudinal cutting machine outlet reversing roller, and then the loop pit material receiving plate is led to the tension platform inlet distributor, tension pressure plate, reversing roller, and then manually stick the strip material with tape on the winding machine drum. Jaws, activate the winding up and down oil cylinder to tighten the drum and clamp the jaws. The hydraulic cylinder drives the tension pressure plate to be pressed down. Start the coiler to tighten the strip material, and then lower the active feeder of the coiler, Retract the material receiving plate of the material receiving platform, start the longitudinal cutting machine to allow the material to naturally fall into the loop pit and store a certain amount of material. After checking all equipment again and ensuring safety, the machine can be switched to the linked state. At this time, the operator needs to closely monitor the operation of each equipment. When the raw material roll is almost finished, reduce the running speed to slowly stop each individual machine. At this time, press the movable distributor to press the material receiving belt, manually stick the material head, start the hydraulic expansion and contraction to shrink the receiving drum, and the unloading trolley will send the material roll to the outside of the line. The workshop crane will lift the finished material roll into the subsequent process section.
