The cold-rolled and annealed strip coil is lifted by the workshop crane to the storage saddle, and the trolley transports the strip coil to the correct position on the unwinding machine shaft to assist in lifting; The unwinding machine is an upper unwinding machine, which uses surface driven pressure rollers to rotate with the unwinding drum to unwind the strip material. The strip material enters the straightening machine of the traction machine through the material receiving plate, and the traction driven strip material is straightened by three rollers and enters the cutting head shear. Lower the blocking material distributor, and after the strip material wraps around the clamp, the unit can switch to linked operation and speed up for normal operation.
